This great city is large so please stay tuned as we document additional neighborhoods. Whether you are looking for duplexes or a quiet family neighborhood, San Jose has something for everyone.

The West San Jose area, (incorporated in the "Campbell" area of the MLS) is surrounded by Campbell, Willow Glen, Santa Clara, Cupertino, and Saratoga. This area offers excellent Moreland and Campbell school districts, lots of shopping, parks, and activities for all ages, and easy commute via Lawrence and San Tomas Expressways, and Hwys 17, 280, and 85.
The Evergreen area of San Jose is bordered by the East Valley, South San Jose, Blossom Valley, and Santa Teresa areas, to the north, west, and south, and by the East Foothills to the east. This area features the exclusive Silver Creek Country Club, The Villages Golf and Country Club for seniors, and Evergreen Valley College. Homes in this area range from affordable homes for first-time homebuyers to multi-million dollar estates.
The North Valley / Berryessa area is located north of the Alum Rock / East Valley and South of the city of Milpitas. The Berryessa area features the San Jose Flea Market and the Berryessa Farmers Market every Saturday. Homes in this area are typically detached single family homes, while some newer condo and townhome developments have been built in recent years. Hwys 101, 680, 280 and nearby 237 offer easy access to the heart of Silicon Valley.
The Santa Teresa Neighborhood is located at the far south end of San Jose, along the Hwy 85 and 101 corridors, nestled between the Santa Teresa foothills to the west and the east foothills to the east, south of the Blossom Valley and the South San Jose areas. The public Santa Teresa Golf Club on Bernal Road offers both a short 9 hole and standard 18 hole course option. Light rail and Cal Train offer residents stress-free commuting options.
Blossom Valley is bordered by Almaden Valley, Cambrian, and Willow Glen to the north and west, and South San Jose, and Santa Teresa to the south and east. This area offers many housing choices from modest starter homes to larger more contemporary homes in newer developments. Hwys 85, 87, 101, Capitol and Almaden Expressways, and Light Rail serve this community.
The South San Jose area is roughly bordered by Story Road to the north, east of Monterey Highway, west of Hwy 101, and North of Blossom Hill Road. South San Jose is close to shopping and in a great commute location, as it is also served by Cal Train. Home prices are more moderate in this area, making it an affordable option for price conscious shoppers.
